Job Summary

Nutrition Care Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for supporting enteral nutrition patients by coordinating the timely provision of formula and supplies while maintaining effective communication with related staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs monthly monitoring of enteral nutrition patients and processes delivery tickets
• Maintains current enteral orders, tracks expiration dates, and generates order renewals
• Responds to patient inquiries and coordinates enteral pump needs and maintenance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement processes
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
