Nutrition Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Nutrition Care Coordinator, a full-time position, is responsible for supporting enteral nutrition patients by coordinating the timely provision of formula and supplies while maintaining effective communication with related staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory, including processing delivery tickets
• Maintain current enteral orders, track expiration dates, and generate order renewals
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams on pump needs and issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and product ordering
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement processes
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
