Nutrition Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition Care Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes initial referral enteral orders and coordinates with Patient Registration
• Completes new start process requirements and follows up with new patients
• Supports non-dietitian patient issues and assists with monthly enteral refill calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Two years of experience as a Nutrition Care Coordinator or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Dietetic technician or medical assistant preferred
• Experience with enteral nutrition is a plus
