Nutrition Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Nutrition Compliance Analyst, the role focuses on supporting the label development process, ensuring compliance with FDA/USDA regulations, and managing technical product information for a portfolio of consumer food products.

Key responsibilities

• Support the label development process from specification through first production approvals
• Review product labels and artwork to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Conduct nutrition data analysis and assist with regulatory and technical inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in food labeling and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA labeling regulations
• Experience with FDA menu labeling requirements
• Background in food manufacturing or related industry
