Nutrition Labeling Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a high-impact team, the contract Nutrition Labeling Compliance Analyst will manage the label development process, ensuring compliance with FDA/USDA regulations for consumer food products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the label development process from specification through first production approvals
• Review product labels and artwork for compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards
• Partner with suppliers to collect and validate product specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in food labeling and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA labeling regulations
• Experience with FDA menu labeling requirements
• Background in food manufacturing or related industry
