Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuvolo Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop Systems Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Implement and enhance workflows for Service Catalog, Incident Management, and other IT service management processes

Required Qualifications

US Citizen or Permanent Resident
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 1-2 years in Nuvolo modules
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, HTML, and UI customization
Proficiency in SOAP, REST, and data migration techniques
