NY and NJ Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing evidence-informed, patient-centered care remotely, the full-time Nurse Practitioner licensed in NY and NJ will conduct comprehensive health assessments, interpret lab results, and design personalized wellness plans in a telemedicine environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations using asynchronous and synchronous telehealth platforms
• Review and interpret functional and traditional lab results to develop personalized care plans
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and adhere to telehealth regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in NY and NJ
• National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC) and active DEA
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience, preferably in functional, integrative, or hormone therapy
• Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and targeted supplementation
• Prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting is strongly preferred
