Job Summary

A company is looking for a NY Licensed Bilingual Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LPC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients in assigned Care Pods
• Coordinates closely with primary care providers and other service providers for behavioral health care
• Monitors patient symptoms and treatment effectiveness, documenting progress and recommendations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in New York as an associate clinician or independent clinician
• Proficient in medical interpretation and documentation in English and Spanish
• Secure, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and cloud-based systems
