Job Summary
Seeking a NY Licensed Commercial Lines Manager, the full-time position will manage small to mid-size commercial lines accounts, providing excellent service to clients while working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all tasks related to obtaining, maintaining, and servicing existing accounts in accordance with agency procedures
- Prepare submissions for new and renewal business, including proposals and change requests, while ensuring accuracy in policies and audits
- Collaborate with producers and management on marketing strategies and account evaluations to meet client needs
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Active DOI P&C License in NY required; Life License is a plus
- Knowledge of AMS360 agency management system preferred
- Understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Professional designation is a plus
