NY Licensed Corporate Finance Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing finance practice, the full-time NY Licensed Corporate Finance Associate will advise clients on asset finance and securitization transactions, structure and negotiate transaction documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of asset finance and securitization transactions
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex financings

Required qualifications

• JD with admission in NY, ME, and/or NH
• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance transactions, particularly in securitization and structured finance
• Direct law firm experience preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing sophisticated client relationships
