Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Desk Claims Adjuster specializing in homeowners and dwelling fire claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust reserves and provide recommendations in line with corporate policies
• Investigate and evaluate claims, communicating with insureds for additional information
• Maintain claim files with professional documentation and ensure timely claim processing

Required Qualifications and Education

• A college degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in managing Homeowners and Dwelling Fire claims
• Coverage experience is required; large loss experience is a plus
• Technical understanding of insurance coverage and claim procedures
• Ability to secure licenses in NY and surrounding states
