Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and communications, directing messages to the appropriate care team members
• Support medical records management and assist with patient care coordination tasks
• Engage with patients and team members to resolve inquiries and ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent
• Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
