NY Licensed Mortgage Sales Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Support Officer to assist with residential mortgage lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day processing and document tracking for mortgage originations
• Act as a liaison between Loan Officers, clients, and operations partners
• Maintain communication with clients regarding missing documentation and manage loan pipeline

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of banking experience, particularly in mortgage sales and operations
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA regulations, and local real estate laws
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage loan origination pipeline effectively
