Job Summary

NY Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex Auto and General Liability claims in a fully remote capacity, utilizing claims management experience to analyze exposure, ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' license in New York
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
