Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Claim Specialist, experienced in handling both homeowners and dwelling fire property claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust reserves and provide recommendations in line with corporate policies
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements for property claims
• Assist in the training and mentoring of team members on claims processes and technology

Required Qualifications

• A college degree (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience managing Homeowners and Dwelling Fire claims
• Knowledge of Xactimate and construction
• In-depth understanding of insurance contracts and coverages
• Must secure licenses in NY and other required states
