NY/NJ Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NP Licensed in NY or NJ for a Telephonic After Hours position, working full time remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic care and coordination for members during evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday hours
• Utilize EMR to manage medical and behavioral conditions in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Document encounters appropriately and facilitate care adjustments based on member needs

Required Qualifications:

• Active NP license in NY or NJ, unencumbered and free of disciplinary actions
• National certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care
• Current active DEA licensure or ability to obtain post-hire
• Availability to work assigned weekends, weekdays, and holidays
