NY/NJ/PA Licensed Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assessing coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process and negotiate settlements
• Maintain accurate documentation of claims and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in handling represented casualty claims is preferred
• Experience with NY, NJ, PA claims is preferred
• 2-5 years of complex/severe bodily injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
