Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented/Litigation Severe/Large Loss Adjuster Senior Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and manages complex represented claims, including those related to multi-car accidents and specialized claims
• Negotiates and settles claims while documenting the claim file and ensuring compliance with best practices
• Oversees litigation processes and communicates with relevant parties to resolve claims effectively

Qualifications

• Prior experience in handling represented casualty claims and litigation is required
• 2-5 years of experience in complex/severe bodily injury claim handling is required
• Experience with claims in NY, NJ, and PA is preferred
• A 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license if required within 60 days of hire
