Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Programs Member Engagement Specialist (FE).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in enrollment activities and assist members with healthcare coverage recertification
• Conduct educational seminars and maintain relationships with external partners for enrollment opportunities
• Manage application processes and stay updated on product benefits and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Daily access to a vehicle with valid proof of insurance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have a GED or high school diploma
• Bilingual preferred
