Job Summary

To support a growing pool of educators, the fully remote NYS Certified Virtual Math, Science, or Social Science Educator will deliver virtual instruction, create engaging lesson plans, and track student performance as a 1099 independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion
• Create lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and promote student engagement
• Track and maintain student grades and performance records

Required qualifications

• Valid NYS teacher certification in Math, Science, or Social Science
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus
