NYS Licensed Program Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor to oversee the Preventive Services Program aimed at supporting families in crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly supervision and support for master's level staff, focusing on professional development
• Review and approve documentation to ensure compliance with state and city regulations
• Represent the Preventive Services Program at community functions and manage caseload coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work required; LMSW or LCSW preferred
• Completion of all three CPP Learning Sessions and eligibility for CPP Rostering
• Previous supervisory experience with MSWs or interns
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and child development
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
