O365 Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an O365 Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and secure identity and access management across the M365 environment
• Manage Azure Active Directory, including user lifecycle management and access policies
• Design and implement security controls and partner with infrastructure teams for a compliant identity framework

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory in a production environment
• Strong experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and tools
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity protection policies
• Experience with user lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning
• Experience with directory synchronization and hybrid identity environments
