O365 Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an O365 Engineer to manage identity and access management solutions within Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and secure identity and access management in the M365 environment
• Manage Azure Active Directory, focusing on user lifecycle management and access policies
• Design and implement security controls and partner with infrastructure teams for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and tools
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity protection policies
• Experience in user lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning
• Familiarity with directory synchronization and hybrid identity environments
