OASIS QA Reviewer

Job Summary

OASIS QA Reviewer, a full-time position, supports clinical quality operations by leading training, conducting audits, and serving as an expert for coding and OASIS standards to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support orientation and ongoing training for reviewers
• Complete quality assurance processes and document findings
• Act as an expert resource for reviewer questions and communicate quality concerns to QA leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Coding & OASIS review
• HCS-D certification and HCS-O or COS-C OASIS certification
• Expert in ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines
• Advanced clinical degree preferred
• Active clinical license (e.g. RN, PT, OT, SP) preferred
