Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oasis Review Specialist who reviews clinical documentation to improve patient care and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews OASIS and patient records to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and documentation
Ensures compliance with OASIS guidelines and other applicable regulations
Conducts comprehensive audits of clinical and administrative functions as assigned

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Therapist, Licensed Practicing Nurse, or Therapy Assistant
Training and experience in Quality Improvement activities
Minimum of 3 years in Home Care or related health programs
Knowledge of guidelines governing home health agencies, including CMS & OASIS Rules and Guidelines
OASIS review experience is a plus
