OASIS Review Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oasis Review Specialist who reviews clinical documentation to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review OASIS and patient records to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and documentation accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OASIS guidelines and other applicable regulations through chart reviews
- Collaborate with clinicians to amend OASIS and clinical documentation as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Therapist, Licensed Practicing Nurse, or Therapy Assistant
- Training and experience in Quality Improvement activities
- Minimum of 3 years in Home Care or related health programs
- Knowledge of CMS & OASIS Rules and Guidelines
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
