OB Case Manager Nurse LPN LVN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OB Case Manager Nurse LPN/LVN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telephonically manage cases according to established guidelines and policies
• Complete thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Advocate for patients, monitor interventions, and maintain communication with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program and possession of a current California LVN license
• Preferably have case management or clinical care experience
• Minimum of five years of medical/surgical or acute care experience
• Knowledge of medical claims, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and utilization management
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
