Obesity Medicine Physician

Job Summary

Seeking an American Board of Obesity Medicine certified Obesity Medicine Physician for a fully remote, part-time or full-time position, responsible for providing direct patient care focused on evidence-based obesity treatment, conducting patient visits, and collaborating with advanced practice providers and dietitians.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in obesity treatment and chronic weight management
• Review patient charts and conduct visits to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with valid and current Board Certification in Obesity Medicine by the ABOM
• Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State
• Minimum of 2 years as an attending physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Obesity Medicine, or completion of an accredited Fellowship in Obesity Medicine
• Demonstrated clinical experience in obesity medicine and pharmacotherapy
• Interest in mentoring and collaborating with advanced practice providers and dietitians
