Obesity Medicine Physician - AL/TN/OK/MO/IN/SC/GA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Physician - Modified Full Time (32 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care focusing on evidence-based obesity treatment and chronic weight management
• Review charts and conduct return visits for APP patients to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the obesity medicine program

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification; must be an American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) diplomate
• Licensed to practice and prescribe in AL, TN, OK, MO, IN, SC, or GA
• Currently hold a Letter of Qualification (LOQ) with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits and collaborating with advanced practice professionals and registered dietitians
• Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
