A company is looking for an Obituary Advisor - Sales Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter ads into the Wave2 system and ensure accuracy in placing obituaries in print and online
• Manage communications through phone and email while providing empathetic support to families and funeral homes
• Collaborate with teammates and handle administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Warm and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
• Ability to type 40-45 words per minute
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-starter attitude with a desire to take initiative
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred
