Required Qualifications
- Experience in AIOps, Observability, and SRE engineering practices
- Proficiency in designing, prototyping, testing, and documenting technical solutions
- Ability to translate business goals into technical solution designs
- Experience with open standards such as OTel and MELTS
- Capability to develop training and education materials for knowledge transfer
