Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Observability Engineer to build and maintain automations for optimal performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and establish a greenfield Observability process, focusing on automations in Python and Shell Scripts
• Develop automated monitoring and alerting processes using tools like ELK, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Design and implement Observability pipelines for telemetry data collection and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen due to Federal Government end-customers
• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience as an Admin or Engineer with tools like Dynatrace and ELK
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana Dashboards for Metrics
• Proficient with Python scripting and Linux OS
