Job Summary

A company is looking for an Observability & Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive observability strategy across AWS environments using AI-powered tools
Build and manage monitoring platforms, exploring AI-native features to enhance signal quality
Own the incident management lifecycle and apply AI-assisted log analysis for faster diagnosis and resolution

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and PaaS services
Demonstrated experience in building code-first pipelines and operational configuration as software
Experience with polyglot environments including Java, Kotlin, and Node.js
Proficiency in using AI tools in a professional setting
