Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer, Observability to join their Site Reliability team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the observability roadmap and communicate progress with cross-functional partners
• Build relationships with various teams to identify gaps in alerts and monitors
• Leverage front-end engineering knowledge to analyze customer struggle and provide insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in identifying performance concerns and driving website improvements
• 4+ years of relevant front-end web development experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or an additional 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience with session replay or other observability tools
• Ability to interpret session replay data and analyze customer struggle
