Observability Solution Architect

Job Summary

To design and scale enterprise observability capabilities, the full-time Solution Architect - Observability will define observability architecture, implement scalable telemetry solutions, and ensure integration across systems while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall observability architecture vision aligned with business and platform goals
• Partner with engineering and product teams to design observability solutions tailored to application needs
• Establish observability standards and governance models to ensure consistent implementation across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or solution architecture roles
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale observability architectures in production environments
• Expertise with modern observability platforms such as New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures, preferably in AWS
