Job Summary
To enhance enterprise observability, the full-time remote Observability Technical Lead will define architectures, optimize observability across various platforms, and drive automation while collaborating globally with engineering and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior SME for enterprise observability, defining standards and integration patterns
- Design telemetry pipelines and improve observability coverage, quality, and performance
- Collaborate with teams across regions to influence observability strategy and mentor engineers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, APM, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering
- 7+ years of experience in designing and maintaining enterprise-scale observability platforms
