Job Summary

A company is looking for a Observational Research, Director for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of epidemiologists in conducting observational research supporting drug development programs
• Design and execute studies to support evidence generation for product development and commercialization strategies
• Influence cross-functional team members on the use of non-interventional research to answer strategic business questions

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of scientific experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years
• Doctorate in Epidemiology or related field with observational research content
• Experience in designing and executing observational research studies in Pharmaceutical or Public Health settings
• Experience in research to support drug development and observational research project planning and management
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
