Observational Research Manager

Job Summary

To support the obesity therapeutic area, the full-time remote Observational Research Manager will design and execute studies based on causal inference frameworks, generate real-world evidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute observational studies to support evidence generation and product differentiation
• Identify opportunities to complement interventional studies, reducing time and cost in drug development
• Influence stakeholders on the use of non-interventional research to address high-priority business questions

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 3 years of scientific experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of scientific experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of scientific experience, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of scientific experience
• Experience in designing and executing observational research studies in a Pharmaceutical or Public Health setting
• Familiarity with causal inference frameworks for generating real-world evidence
• Experience with secondary data systems, including administrative claims and electronic medical records
• Proven ability in observational research project planning and management
