Job Summary

A company is looking for an Observational Research Senior Manager in the US Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, execution, and delivery of Real-World Evidence studies to support evidence generation for pipeline and in-line medicines
• Contributing to the development of innovative analytic methods and tools for Real-World Evidence
• Building collaborations, promoting awareness, and understanding of observational research methods with key partners

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years, or High School diploma with 12 years
• Doctorate in Epidemiology or related subject with observational research content
• Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing observational research studies in Pharmaceutical/Public Health settings
• Experience with secondary data systems like claims, EMR, and registries
• Experience in observational research project planning and management
