Job Summary

Overseeing occupancy planning and data-related projects, the full-time remote Occupancy Data Manager will manage and analyze space data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals while collaborating with various teams to support space planning and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze IWMS space data, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and reports supporting space planning and move projects
• Lead strategic data integrity projects, overseeing global audits to maintain portfolio accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of experience in Data Administration, Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Space Planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM software is preferred
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex modeling
• Proven IWMS/CAFM super-user capability
• Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency and data analysis
