Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and reporting for client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
  • Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Enter and maintain occupancy data within the system of record
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
