Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner (Remote East Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal partners and client meetings
• Maintain occupancy data and prepare forecasts on space planning trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Clinical and administrative experience with EMR data for scenario planning
• Experience in capacity analysis and productivity metrics
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
