Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to manage the supply, capacity, and demand of space for a specific client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing migration plans and resolving planning issues during customer meetings
  • Prepare and update project status reports on seat demand and forecast inventory changes
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective space utilization and planning strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in space/occupancy planning
  • Experience with interior office renovations and familiarity with CAFM systems is desirable
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data consolidation and presentations
