Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day change requests, project space planning, and client relationship coordination
- Analyze demand/supply information and create current and forecasted Stack Plans
- Develop strategies to improve Employee Experience and coordinate project delivery with timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Architecture or Facilities Management
- Minimum of five years' experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and MS Office Suite
- Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity
