Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day change requests, project space planning, and client relationship coordination
  • Analyze demand/supply information and create current and forecasted Stack Plans
  • Develop strategies to improve Employee Experience and coordinate project delivery with timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Architecture or Facilities Management
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a corporate real estate environment
  • Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems
  • Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and MS Office Suite
  • Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity
