Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to manage and analyze space data for office environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and update space data to develop occupancy plans
  • Assist with migration plans and office space allocation
  • Maintain and update floor plans and manage space-related data repositories
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, facilities management, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in space/occupancy planning or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus
