Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to manage and analyze space data for office environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and update space data to develop occupancy plans
- Assist with migration plans and office space allocation
- Maintain and update floor plans and manage space-related data repositories
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, facilities management, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in space/occupancy planning or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus
