Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to drive strategic space planning excellence and optimize space utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with migration planning and sequencing of moves, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines
• Maximize space use while recommending and enforcing space policies and procedures
• Prepare and update reports on seat demand and capacity, and forecast inventory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field with 3-5 years of experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate, space planning principles, and forecasting methodologies
• Ability to prepare project status reports and reconcile discrepancies in seat count projections
• Experience fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including Corporate Real Estate and Finance teams
