Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner, Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day change requests and project space planning
• Analyze demand/supply information and create current and forecasted Stack Plans
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and implement strategies to enhance Employee Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in occupancy planning or space management
• Strong analytical skills for developing conclusions and recommendations
• Ability to coordinate with project managers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with workplace strategy and change management
