Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and reporting for client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
  • Produce drawings and presentations for stakeholder meetings and collaborate on move execution
  • Maintain occupancy data and prepare forecasts while conducting client interviews to gather project requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
