Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner (Remote in W & SW Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client meetings
• Maintain occupancy data and prepare forecasts on space planning trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
