Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

To support strategic space planning, the full-time remote Occupancy Planner will track, analyze, and interpret occupancy data to develop actionable insights and occupancy scenarios for a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze occupancy data to inform decision-making and conduct risk assessments for real estate transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather space requirements and develop integrated solutions
• Maintain accurate occupancy data and conduct regular validations to ensure system integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate real estate, space planning, or portfolio analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization platforms, with Excel required and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI preferred
• Working knowledge of space planning software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Demonstrated interest in occupancy planning or real estate analytics
